Before you (Seller) may become a member of Truealtitude.com to sell your items, you must read and accept the “Terms and Conditions of Use” and the Privacy Policy. This “Terms and Conditions of Use” are effective upon acceptance by checking “I accept”.

This Agreement is for all users (Buyer or seller).

If you, (Buyer or Seller), decide to use this Website lawfully, we welcome your business, however, the following will prohibited you from its use: (a) posting content or items that are improper or damaging (b) you are not able to form a legally binding contract (c) under the age of 18 (d) and failure to deliver items that were purchased from you…or (e) any other reason or reasons that may be deem as dishonest and/or questionable.

We uphold the right to limit, suspend, or terminate our (Truealtitude.com) services to anyone and their accounts, prohibit access to this Website, remove hosted content, and take steps necessary to keep users off this Website if we think that the user(s) are creating problems for other users and the public.

Joining Truealtitude.com is free; but we do charge a fee for posting listing(s) of item(s) for sale on our Website. We charge a final ad fee (FAF) on the total ad cost when the item(s) is posted. When you (Seller) list an item, you agree to the fees that you will be charged based on our Fee Schedule, which we hold the right to change from time to time without notice. When you, (Buyer) purchase an item, you will be allowed to review your information before completing the transaction.

You, (Buyer or Seller) is responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the use of this Website by using a valid payment method.

You (Buyer or Seller) will not hold Truealtitude.com responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted. This site allows account holders to offer items for sale to anyone who may wish to purchase these items relating to aviation, or other categories at anytime, from anywhere, utilizing a legal payment method.

We are not involved in the actual sales transaction between buyers and sellers, except for those (Seller) listing items for sale on this Website. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of seller(s) to sell items, the ability of buyer(s) to pay for items purchased, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction, or for any other reasons not mentioned or implied.

We at (Truealtitude.com) are not liable for any loss of money, or any direct or indirect damages arising out of your (Buyer or Seller) use of this Website. If we are found to be liable, our limit of liability to you or to any third party is limited to $100 maximum.

If you (Buyer or Seller) have a dispute with a user or users on this Website, you (Buyer or seller) release Truealtitude.com from claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes

We do not sell, rent or give your (Buyer or Seller) personal information to third parties or to anyone requesting it. We use your information only as described in the Truealtitude.com Privacy Policy. Personal information is stored and process on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. If you object to your (Buyer or Seller) information being used or stored in this manner, please do not use our services.

By agreeing to this “Terms and Conditions of Use”, you (Buyer or Seller) assure us and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including all attorneys' fees, made by you or any third party.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchiser-franchisee relationship, or any type of business relationship implied or not implied is intended or created by this “Terms and Conditions of Use” between the buyer, seller, or anyone that uses this Website and Truealtitude.com.
